About Empowering Equine
We help children and young people find empowerment in their lives through meaningful connection with horses and nature.
Our Equine Facilitated Leaming (EFL) and supportive programmes are designed to help those with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, additional needs, trauma, anxiety, stress, bereavement, bullying, care/adoption transitions and emotional or behavioural regulation difficulties
We also offer an alternative education provision offering EFL, horse care and a forestry provision for children who struggle to access traditional education. We work both with children who are in school needing part time offsite provision and support and children with EOTAS (education other than at school)
We focus on emotional regulation, building confidence and self advocacy, improving relationships and supporting better outcomes and quality of life.
Supporting every young person to grow and thrive in a way that works for them.
