Stratus Associates Ltd
Stratus Associates specialises in effective training to deliver real results for businesses that truly care about and value their people.
Our tailor made training programmes are designed to ensure you get the best out of your staff. We don’t want to be the ‘tick box’ solution to meet your training targets, instead we thrive on turning an underperforming workforce into a flourishing team of more productive, motivated and happy employees.

Stratus Associates works with large and small, public and private sector organisations across the UK. Headed by Sonya O’Sullivan, we are a team of highly experienced consultants with a friendly, flexible and focused approach to devising bespoke courses to meet your exact training needs.

We are a small, highly experienced and focused team, providing you with excellent value for money. We have a first class reputation – and our training works! People always buy people and previous delegates can point to a significant improvement in their skills as a result of our courses. In short, we are willing to be worth it! We offer ‘Off the Shelf’ programmes with a bit of a twist – or design something ‘Bespoke’ from scratch.

Highly participative programmes containing individual and group activities and using Accelerated Learning techniques to embed the message

Our training courses encourage individuals to stretch themselves and learn new skills in areas such as management, presenting and communication. We connect with staff and provide them with the tools and techniques they need to achieve personal growth and make a positive contribution to the success of the business.

We pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge and innovative training style. Our refreshing, creative approach ensures that our courses are focused on practical exercises and skill practice in a supportive environment. We want delegates to participate and learn, not be lectured at!
